What I do
I offer online personal training and small group online exercise classes.

Receive a customized workout plan designed to meet your personal wellness goals. Each week, we will meet to review exercises, discuss nutrition, and any barriers or wins from the week.

This 45 minute class is geared for people who want to improve their balance, overall health, or are living with arthritis, fibromyalgia, MS or similar conditions.

This 45-minute session is all about you! We can discuss overall nutrition patterns, review your current exercise plan and make adjustments, deep dive into technique and form, or all of the above! I am here to support you!
